Abstract

تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن التاريخ الثقافي والعلمي للمغرب الأوسط خلال الفترة المتوسطة فترة. ويتعلق الأمر بالأساس بالرخصة العلمية ودورها في ازدهار الحركة العلمية في البلاد المغرب الأوسط في الفترة (7-10 هـ / 13-16 م) وفي هذه الفترة ازدهرت الحركة الفكرية في والمغرب الإسلامي والمغرب الأوسط، ساهمت في بناء أسس دولة إسلامية رائدة التجربة العلمية، وكان لها السبق في كثير من المسائل في جوانب مختلفة، بما في ذلك الترخيص، وهو عبارة عن سابقة إسلامية ونظام تعليمي وعلمي عرفه المسلمون قبل سائر الأمم. لدينا تسليط الضوء على تراخيص علماء المغرب الأوسط فيما بينهم، أو من يتم التبادل معهم نظرائهم من العلماء من مختلف الأصول الجغرافية الإسلامية. لقد ناقشنا أيضًا دور الرخصة في ازدهار الحركة العلمية في المغرب الأوسط بما فيها العلوم و الأدب المرخص بمختلف أنواعه. This study falls within the cultural and scientific history of the Middle Maghreb during the intermediate period. It is mainly about scientific license and its role in the flourishing of the scientific movement in the Middle Maghreb Between (7-10 A.H. / 13-16 A.D.) During this period the intellectual movement flourished in the Islamic Maghreb and Middle Maghreb, it contributed to building the foundations of a pioneering Islamic scientific experiment, and it had the lead in many issues in different aspects, including the license, which is an Islamic precedent and an educational and scientific system that Muslims knew before other nations. We have shed light on the licenses of the scholars of the Middle Maghreb among themselves, or those exchanged with their counterparts of scholars of various Islamic geographical origins. We have also discussed the role of licensing in the flourishing of the scientific movement in the Middle Maghreb, including the sciences and licensed literature of various kinds.
