Abstract

تهدفالأطروحةإلىتقصيالأوضاعالفكريةوالعلميةفيتلمسانمابين 962هـ/ 1554مــ 1285هـ/1844م،منخلالتسليطالأضواءعلىالمستجداتالسياسية،والعسكرية،والاجتماعية،والثقافيةالطارئةعليهاوقتئذ،وتداعياتهاعلىالحركةالفكريةالخاصةبعلمائها،وطلبتها،وبيوتاتهاالعلمية،ومدىمواصلتهمللنشاطالعلميوالدينيبالمدينةالمذكورة،أوخارجهافيإطارالتواصلالثقافيالذينساهموابواسطتهفيإثراءالحياةالعلميةللمراكزالثقافيةفيالبلادالإسلامية،والذيكانتحصيلحاصلللهجرةالاضطراريةصوبتلكالمراكزالثقافية،فيخِضِمالواقعالعلميالمَعِيشفيمدينتهم،وتراجعهلأسبابمتباينةومتنوعة،ماانعكسبالدرجةالأولىعلىمؤسساتهمالثقافيةالرسميةوغيرالرّسميةالتيشهدتعلىإثرذلككله،ركودًالميكنقادرًاعلىمايبدوعلىأنيؤثربشكلسلبيفيالإشعاعٍالثقافيالذياِرتقتبهتلمسانعلىعهدالعثمانيينلمنافسةالحواضرالعلميةالكبرىمثلالقاهرة،ودمشق،وفاس،وغيرها،بفضلالمجهوداتالفرديةالمتواصلةلعلمائها،وكذااجتهاداتمختلفالعائلاتالعلميةوالتجاريةالتلمسانيةفيميادينالعلومالنقليةوالعقلية،ومحافظتهاعلىالموروثالعلميوالأدبيفيمكتباتهاالخاصة،وزواياها،وكتاتيبها،إلىجانبالمبادراتالماديةالتيقدمتهاهذهالأسرلهالأهلالعلمومؤسساتالمساجدوالمدارسعلىوجهالخصوص،والمُمَثلةفيالأوقاف،والهبات،والوصايا...،والإهتمامببناءوتجديدالمبانيالدينيةوالمنشآتالعلميةبتلمسانخلالالفترةالحديثة. Abstract: The thesis aims to investigate the implications of the intellectual and scientific situations in Tlemcen during the ottoman era by higliliting the political, social and cultural that were brought to it at the time, and the extent of its impact on the scientific mobility of its scholars, students, scientific houses and their effective contribution. They continued to carry the banner of intellectual giving within Tlemcen between 962AH/ 1554 georgean an 1285AH/ 1844 georgean, and confirmed cultural communication in the same period, through scientific journeys of necessity towards the cities of the Islamic countries which became the final home of many of them in the orient and occident, because of scientific reality living in their city mentioned, and its decline under the policy of neglect applied by most of its ottoman rulers towards the elite of scholars, and various official and informal institutions which, despite as a result, it has escperienced a relative scientific stagnation for the centuries, but it did not seem to be able in any way thanks to the efforts of the distinguished Tlemcen scientific families. In the fields of transportation and mental sciences, the ottoman Tlemcen luck is not result of the cultural radiation that was gained by the first scientific capitals and best early cultural centers during the modern period.
