Résumé: In this work, we are interested in spectroscopic diagnosis of a hot plasma based on an Xray line spectrum emitted by Li-like and He-like argon. We investigated the intensity ratio of two satellite lines denoted k(1s2p2 2D3/2→1s22p 2P1/2) and q(1s2s2p 2P3/2→ 1s2 2s 2S1/2), emitted by Ar15+ ions at wavelengths of 3.989 Å and 3.981 Å, respectively, on the resonance line denoted as w(1s2p 1P1→1s2 1S0) emitted by Ar16+ ions at 3.949 Å. We performed our calculations within the coronal model in an electronic temperature range varying from 2.33 to 58.3×106 K . We carried out a temperature diagnostic of a TEXTOR tokamak plasma based on the first Rk/w ratio which involves the satellite line of dielectronic recombination k whose upper level is populated by dielectronic capture from the He-like state. Furthermore, the second ratio Rq/w involving the q line produced by inner-shell excitation from the ground level of the Li-like ion, allows to determine the relative abundance of argon ions 𝑁(Ar15+)⁄𝑁(Ar16+).
