كفالة الطفل المسعف في الوسط الجزائري - المميزات والصعوبات

Abstract

ملخّص: حاولت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة توضيح الكفالة كمشروع اجتماعي ومن ثمّ أهمّ الدراسات الأجنبية والجزائرية التي اهتمت بهذا الموضوع، وتطرقنا كذلك لمفهوم الوالديّة كممارسة ومعاش نفسي- اجتماعي، ولتخلّي الأطفال ومدى تأثيره على الفرد والمجتمع، وهنا أشرنا إلى المؤسسات التي تتكفّل بالطفل المسعف، لتبقى الكفالة الجهاز الملائم لتسيير صعوبات الطفل. زيادةً على المراجع النظرية، اتخذت الباحثة من الممارسة والتجربة الميدانية أهمّ مرجع سمح لها بتقديم حالات من الواقع، كما ساعدها على النظر إلى آليات الفشل لتتضّح من خلالها سبل النجاح التي تكمن في تطوير المعرفة و تبني ثقافة اجتماعية بنّاءة تؤدي إلى تغيير الخلفيات الذهنية التي تقوم على تسيير برامج ومشروع الكفالة Abstract : This research would try to shed light on the notion of ‘’El- Kafaâla’’ as social project as well as all the other relative aspects. This theme has been treated by other instances whether to be Algerian or Foreigner. Besides, the concept of ‘’Parenthood’’ as a practice and even the abandoned children and their impact on both the individual and or the society. We have pointed at the fact lerat the only institution capable of taking in charge and answering all the difficulties paced by this category of children is that of ‘’El- Kafaâla’’. All the same, and in addition to the theoretical refrences, the protical the most efficient means which allows us some real cases. It does help us to discover the weal nesses so as to go beyond the through altering the program linked to the notion of ‘’El- Kafaâla’’
