المسألة اللغوية في الجزائر وهوية الانتماء دراسة في أنثروبولوجيا اللغة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: في إطار مشروع الدكتوراه حاولنا من خلال موضوع المسألة اللغوية في الجزائر وهوية الانتماء تناول الظاهرة اللغوية في الجزائر في علاقتها بالهوية وقيمة الانتماء من منظور أنثروبولوجيا اللغة. بإطلالة عابرة في الأدبيات حول موضوع اللغة في الجزائر وقفنا على مناحي عديدة تجلت من خلالها قضايا الهوية. حيث احتلت الممارسة اللغوية وإشكالية الهوية في الجزائر حيز تفكير عديد الدوائر العلمية والمعرفية، كما أنها انفلتت إلى مناحي أخرى أين شكلت بؤرة للتجاذبات السياسية والإيديولوجية. والموضوع في فحواه يقودنا إلى النظر في الخصوصية الثقافية لمجتمعنا من حيث هو على قدر من التباين حمل على فترات ملامح أزمة هوية، على حد قول البعض، لذلك فأولى خطوات فصل الخطاب حول الهوية تمر حتما عبر الدراسات الأكاديمية، خاصة مع الفشل النسبي للعمل السياسي الذي يحاط دوما بالريبة والارتجالية دون الوقوف بدقة على مواطن الاختلال في هذا الشأن. وفي هذا البحث الذي سعينا من خلاله للتموضع وسط هذا الإرث المعرفي عبر زاوية محددة نستوضح منها الظاهرة اللغوية في الجزائر بسياقاتها الثقافية والاجتماعية، حيث تتمظهر تعددية لغوية انبثقت عن حركية تاريخية عرفها المجتمع الجزائري على مر العصور ، ومثلت اللغة نقطة تمفصل للاختلاف الهوياتي في تحدد مدى التقارب والتباعد بين هذه الهويات. وإن كانت بالفعل تمثل حدا فاصلا للانتماء أمام آخر مغاير داخل المجتمع الواحد، إلا أن نتائج الدراسة وضعتنا أمام هويات محلية بخصائص مختلفة تعتبر اللغة هي أبرز الفوارق إن لم تكن الأوحد، لكنها ظلت تحمل الولاء للهوية الوطنية الجامعة وتعبر عن انتماء ثابت لا يتأثر بهذه الاختلافات اللغوية. Abstract : Within the framework of the PhD project, we tried, through the subject of the linguistic issue in Algeria and the identity of belonging, to address the linguistic phenomenon in Algeria in its relationship to identity and the value of belonging from the perspective of language anthropology. With a cursory look at the literature on the subject of language in Algeria, we came across many aspects of identity issues. As the linguistic practice and the identity problem in Algeria occupied the thinking of many scientific and cognitive circles, it also escaped to other areas where it formed a focus for political and ideological interactions. The topic in its content leads us to consider the cultural specificity of our society in terms of a degree of variance that carried on periods the features of an identity crisis, according to some, so the first steps of separating the discourse on identity inevitably pass through academic studies, especially with the relative failure of political action that surrounds Always with suspicion and improvisation, without accurately identifying the imbalances in this regard . In this research, through which we sought to position in the midst of this knowledge heritage through a specific angle, from which we clarify the linguistic phenomenon in Algeria with its cultural and social contexts, where linguistic pluralism emerges from a historical movement known to Algerian society throughout the ages, and language represented a point of articulation for identity difference in determining the extent of convergence The spacing between these identities. Although it actually represents a dividing line for belonging to another different within the same society, the results of the study put us in front of local identities with different characteristics. Language is the most prominent difference, if not the only one, but it still bears loyalty to the comprehensive national identity and expresses a stable affiliation that is not affected by these linguistic differences
