الاستراتيجيات التربوية الأسرية والنجاح المدرسي للأبناء-دراسة سوسيولوجية ميدانية بولاية تلمسان

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في طبيعة الاستراتيجيات والممارسات التي تتبناها الأسرة الجزائرية في تحقيق النجاح المدرسي للأبناء، مبرزين طرق استثمار الرساميل الاجتماعية والثقافية للأولياء في تنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجيات، والتعرف على التحديات الكبرى التي تشكّل عائقا أمام تطلعات الأولياء في تنفيذها وإنجاحها، ومعرفة مختلف الأساليب والطرق المتبعة من أجل تجاوز تلك العقبات، وفهم المعاني المرتبطة باستجابة الأبناء لتلك الاستراتيجيات. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم القيام بدراسة سوسيولوجية ميدانية باستخدام أساليب البحث الكيفي المناسبة لمثل هذه الدراسات؛ التي تهدف إلى استظهار المعاني الذاتية للأفعال والمواقف الاجتماعية والثقافية المرتبطة بالممارسات الاجتماعية والتربوية، ومنها استخدام تقنية الملاحظة بالمشاركة وتقنية المقابلة الموجهة لعينة متكونة من أربعين أسرة جزائرية استطاعت أن تحقق لأبنائها نجاحا مدرسيا ومكانة اجتماعية متميزة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إثبات أنّ أغلب الأسر الجزائرية تتبنى استراتيجيات تربوية مقصودة تهدف من خلالها إلى إنجاح أبنائها مدرسيا ومنه تحقيق مكانة اجتماعية متميزة لهم، كما أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن الرأسمال الثقافي والاجتماعي للأولياء يؤثر تأثيرا مباشرا في تحقيق تلك الاستراتيجيات التربوية وإنجاحها، كما بينت الدراسة وجود تحديات كبرى تواجه الأولياء في تنفيذ تلك الاستراتيجيات، واستخدامهم لطرق وأساليب متنوعة لتجاوز تلك التحديات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأبناء لا يستجيبون بنفس الدرجة لطموحات أوليائهم في إنجاح تلك الاستراتيجيات. Abstract: This study aims to study the nature of the strategies and practices adopted by the Algerian family to ensure the academic success of their children, by highlighting the means of investing the social and cultural capital of parents in the implementation of these strategies, by identifying the major challenges that constitute an obstacle to academic success. Parents' aspirations to implement them and succeed, and to know the different means and methods used, to overcome these obstacles and understand the meanings associated with the children's response to these strategies. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, a sociological field study was carried out using qualitative research methods appropriate to such studies which aim to highlight the subjective meanings of actions and social and cultural attitudes linked to practices social and educational, in particular the use of observation and interview techniques aimed at a sample of forty Algerian families who were able to achieve academic success and distinguished social status for their children. The study concluded that most Algerian families adopt intentional educational strategies aimed at ensuring the academic success of their children, including obtaining a distinguished social status for them. The results obtained also showed that the cultural and social (sociocultural) capital of parents has a direct impact on the realization and success of these educational strategies. The study also showed that there are great challenges faced by parents in implementing these strategies and using them in various ways and methods to overcome these challenges. The study also found that children do not respond to the same extent to their parents' ambitions to make these strategies successful
