Résumé: Literature has always accompanied the vital journey of nations and exalted their periods of glory or famine. Tell the story, highlight its conflicts and realities, describe social vices, accuse radical behaviour; are objectives that literature adopts each time to witness the social crises experienced by peoples. Maghreb literature has, according to this purpose, devoted to dealing with the evils of its respective community of belonging namely Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. The Algerian literature of French expression, and according to this angle of definition, constitutes the concrete proof of the role of spokesman of the social groups, that plays the literature. It is first denouncing the evils caused by French colonization, the anxieties of the war of liberation, "the concern of the Algerian against the Other". Then revealing a social malaise, and worse than that, "a fundamentalist horror". Since then, Algerian literature has begun to rewrite a collective memory. How is this rewriting of history manifested? What is the purpose of this mass expression of the 1990’s? And what is the feminine part in this process of denunciation? These questions will form the basis of most of our contribution.
