| Résumé: | This research work is aimed to investigate the effectiveness of watching subtitled movies and TV shows in enhancing language learning. The research work was based on the qualitative and quantitative research methodology based on the questionnaire distributed to M2 students of the foreign langue department at the University of Tlemcen. The analysed data prove that the subtitled movies and TV shows method is indeed efficient in learning foreign languages as it positively affects developing language skills |
