Résumé: | In this work, we studied n-type and p-type crystalline silicon c-Si solar cells with and without a porous silicon layer by numerical simulation via the SCAPS-1D calculation program created by Marc Burgelman, 6 models were studied characteristics such as ICC, VOC, FF, and the η were calculated. Concluded that the use of the PSi treatment in PV cells leads to the increase in quantum efficiency and increases the efficiency of the solar cell compared to a cell without a PSi layer. We also investigated the addition of a BSF layer which also increases the yield. |
