Abstract

قد شهد المعهد المتحفي في الآونة الأخيرة أهمية كبيرة على المستوى الدولي المجتمع، حتى أنه أصبح مركزا ثقافيا للإشعاع، ويظهر بوضوح أن المعهد المتحفي في الجزائر لا تزال فتية، ويعكس سوء الإدارة بسبب الفراغ القانوني الذي يكون على نوعية البرامج والأنشطة المقدمة للمعالين الذين ليسوا في المستوى الذي يمكنهم من الاندماج فيه في بيئتها، لكن المتاحف الجزائرية تبدو معزولة عن المجتمع، أو حتى في إدارة المجموعات المتحفية والمحافظة عليها، وخاصة تلك المتعلقة بالجانب الفني ومن دون هذه المجموعة يفقد المتحف شرعية تأسيسه. ويجب أن نقول أن معظم المشاكل التي تعيق تطور هذه المؤسسة هي ذلك ويعود السبب في ذلك إلى افتقار الجسم البشري إلى الكفاءة وهو ما يمثل الدافع الرئيسي للمتحف, ميزانية رائعة ثانية لا تتمتع بذروة الطموح العلمي المتحف المعاصر، ثالثاً، تأثيره المهم على عملية الحماية والحفظ من الأشياء المتحفية، وأن مبنى المتحف قد تم إنشاؤه بشكل أساسي ليكون متحفًا. And we must say that most of the problems that hinder the development of this institution that goes back because one hand the lack of competent human body which represents the main motivation of the museum, a second great fuck budget that does not have the height of scientific aspiration of the contemporary museum, Thirdly, the important influence on the process of protection and conservation of museum objects, and that the museum building has been mainly created to be a museum.
