Résumé: | This work aims to design new Antiperovskites based on carbide and nitride used as very good ultra hard coatings. We use Datamining approach with two computer techniques, have been applied to predict new hard coatings: Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Partial Least Squares Regression (PLS), and this by using the properties elastic, modulus of compressibility and shear modulus of Antiperovskites based on carbide and nitride. The modulus of shear (G) and compressibility (B) are considered as criteria for measuring the hardness and pressure of Cauchy (C12-C44), the ratio B / G are considered as criteria for measuring ductility. The usefulness of the materials informatics approach is not limited to the interpretation of the experimental observations that existed, but could be used for the design of new coatings that have not been studied experimentally. |
