Résumé: | Solar energy is a source of energy that depends on the sun. This energy makes it possible to manufacture electricity using solar cells. Our goal in this work is to study the influence of traps and temperature on the performance of organic solar cells based on material P3HT : PCBM. For this we chose the model of the effective medium (EMM) and for the simulation by SCAPS which is used for the modeling of the solar cells based thin layers, we varied the parameters of the traps, we found that the good performance is reached with the trap density does not exceed 10-15-10-16 cm-3, and for the temperature is between 120K and 400K, we have obtained that maximum yield values found between 175K and 200K and being a function of the product of the short circuit current and the open circuit voltage. |
