Abstract
The oxidation of cyclohexene is of great interest. However, these reactions are generally conducted using oxidants (H2O2, TBHP, O2 ...). This oxidation is an important method for the synthesis of chemicals in the manufacture of commodities.
Different parameters influence the oxidation reaction of cyclohexene (conversion and selectivities), as well as the mass of the catalyst, the temperature, the time, the molar ratio (oxidant / cyclohexene) and the method of preparation of the agent. These factors must be taken into account in order to determine the operating conditions to have the best conversion with the best selectivity.
The methodology of composite plane response surfaces is used for the optimization of the cyclohexene oxidation reaction by the PVW / H-mont and PVW-inter catalysts using H2O2 as oxidant. Conversion and selectivity optimization) and obtain a predictive model indicating how the changes are correct.
D'optim The numerical optimization method on CCD was used to define the optimal conditions of our reaction. For this reason, 72 ° C for the temperature, 10.2 hours for the time, 2/1 (oxidant / cyclohexene) for the molar ratio and the impregnated catalyst (20% PVW / H-month) for the method of preparation. Conversion and selectivity are respectively 76% and 100%, they are close to the value, experimentally, 70% and 95% respectively. In others, the impregnation method was prepared with the best choice for the reaction (if taken into account for overall conversion and selectivity).
