Résumé: | Extractions of the mixture of Ni (II) and Cu (II) were studied by ELS by Amberlite XAD-1180 resin without and impregnated with Aliquat 336 and ELL by Aliquat 336, which have an equilibrium time of 2 h, 1.5h and 1 min respectively. The sorption capacity increases with the increase of the initial concentration of Ni (II) and Cu (II). Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models are more suitable for the sorption process for non-impregnated and impregnated ELS respectively, with the adsorption of metals being described for the Langmuir isotherm. The effects of pH, concentrations, temperature, ionic strength, concentration of Aliquat 336 and KSCN were examined. It is found that these extractions are selective for Cu (II). |
