Abstract
Throughout this research, we aimed to recognize the impact of the use of information
and communication technologies in the development of the spoken language and to find
ways to improve it using this technology in education. The aim of this research is to
encourage students to use these methods and to encourage teachers to apply them in
order to multiply activities in their oral expression sessions. In this project, we relied on
different theories to demonstrate the role of ICTs in the development of speaking skills,
in order to determine its use by students and by teachers.
