Thin ZnO films can be developed by several techniques, such as pyrolysis spray, thermal evaporation, cathodic sputtering, sol-gel, etc. In this work, thin layers of Zinc oxide were deposited by the sol-gel technique on glass substrates. The solution obtained is deposited on glass substrates by the spin-coating technique. Optical characterization of the films was performed using UV-Visible spectrophotometry in the spectral range of 280 to 800 nm. Analysis of the transmittance and absorbance spectra allowed us to determine the thicknesses.frThin layers, TCO, Zinc oxide, sol-gel, spin coating, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, ellipsometry.Couches minces, TCO, Oxyde de zinc, sol-gel, spin coating, spectrophotomètre UV-Visible, ellipsométrie,Elaboration et Caractérisation optique des couches d’oxydes et Applications.Thesis
