We studied the effect of perovskite adsorption layer thickness using different structure Au/HTL /CH3NH3PbI3/ETL/SnO2/glass, where we studied the effect of the ETL (CdS, ZnS and TiO2) and the effect of the HTL (PEDOT: PSS and SpiroOMeTAD) on the cell performance.
