تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ المﺬﻛﺮة إلى دراﺳﺔ أﺛﺮ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ أداء المﺆﺳﺴﺔ اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ، ﻣﻊ اﻟتركيز على ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ اﻟﻜﻬﺮباء واﻟﻐﺎز ﺑﻮﻻﻳﺔ ﺗﻠﻤﺴﺎن. تم اﻟﺘﻄﺮق إلى مختلف المﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ المﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ بالتكنولوجيا المﺎﻟﻴﺔ (FinTech)و تطبيقها في المﺆﺳﺴﺎت، وﻣﺪى ﻣﺴﺎهمﺘﻬﺎ في تحﺴين اﻟﻜﻔﺎءة اﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ، ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺟﻮدة الخﺪﻣﺎت، وﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ المﻌﺎﻣﻼت المﺎﻟﻴﺔ. وﻗﺪ اﻋﺘﻤﺪ في ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ المﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﻮﺻﻔﻲ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ، ﻣﺪﻋﻮﻣًﺎ ﺑﺒﻴﺎنات ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻴﺔ تم جمﻌﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ داﺧﻞ المﺆﺳﺴﺔ، ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ اﻟﻮﻗﻮف ﻋﻠﻰ أﻫﻢ اﻟﺘﻐيرات اﻟتي أﺣﺪﺛﺘﻬﺎ اﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﺎﻟﻴﺔ، ﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ بأﻧﻈﻤﺔ اﻟﺪﻓﻊ اﻹﻟﻜتروني، أتمﺘﺔ اﻟﻔﻮاﺗير، واﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺰباﺋﻦ. ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى أن إدﻣﺎج اﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﺎﻟﻴﺔ في ﻧﺸﺎط المﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺳﺎﻫﻢ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻠﻤﻮس في ﺗﻘﻠﻴﺺ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ، ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ وﺗيرة المﻌﺎﻣﻼت، ورﻓﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى رﺿﺎ اﻟﺰباﺋﻦ، ممﺎ ﻳﻌﻜﺲ أهمﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ نحﻮ رﻗﻤﻨﺔ الخﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻮﻣﻴﺔ وﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرات في ﻫﺬا المجال.

Ce manuel de travaux pratiques d’épidémiologie pour les étudiants en Master 1 de Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire a pour objectif d'introduire les outils statistiques et les méthodes utilisées pour analyser des données épidémiologiques. L’accent est mis sur l’utilisation du logiciel GraphPad Prism, un outil puissant pour l'analyse et la visualisation des données biomédicales. Les étudiants apprendront à traiter des jeux de données réels provenant d’études de cohortes, d’études cas-témoins et d’essais cliniques, en appliquant des tests statistiques appropriés et en interprétant les résultats obtenus.

English for Agronomy: An Integrated Approach to Scientific Communication in Agricultural Sciences

This textbook provides an integrated approach to teaching English for agronomy students. It introduces essential agricultural vocabulary, scientific communication skills, grammar structures, and real-world scenarios. The lessons focus on soil science, plant cells, pest management, sustainable agriculture, and professional writing. Through dialogues, comprehension tasks, grammar practice, and applied activities, students learn how to communicate scientific concepts clearly and effectively. Chapter 1 introduces fundamental agronomic concepts such as soil fertility, erosion, irrigation, pest control, crop rotation, and sustainable agriculture. Students practice vocabulary, reading comprehension, the use of tenses, active/passive voice, modal verbs, and writing short scientific answers. Chapter 2 explores plant cell structure using an imaginative dialogue between organelles. Students learn the functions of the cell wall, chloroplasts, vacuole, mitochondria, and nucleus, and connect these functions to agricultural challenges such as drought, yield reduction, or nutrient deficiencies. Chapter 3 explains crop yield, herbicides, and integrated pest management (IPM). Students practice grammar (present simple/continuous, passive voice), reading comprehension, vocabulary, modality, and short writing tasks. Chapter 4 introduces sustainable agriculture concepts: carbon footprint, biodiversity, conservation, and organic farming. Students practice prepositions, verb tenses, conditional sentences, vocabulary matching, and analytical short-answer questions. Chapter 5 teaches the IMRAD scientific writing structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). Students identify sections, rewrite sentences formally, connect ideas using transition markers, and draft report fragments. Principles of molecular docking: Aconcise theoretical overview for biologists

As the boundaries between wet-lab experimentation and in silico analysis continue to fade, docking provides a powerful framework for predicting and visualizing how small molecules interact with biological macromolecules. Rather than replacing experimental work, docking enhances it: it generates hypotheses, identifies potential inhibitors, guides mutagenesis studies, and accelerates the early phases of drug discovery. For biologists who may not be trained in computational chemistry, understanding the principles, workflow, and limitations of docking is crucial. This introduction provides the conceptual foundations needed to approach molecular docking as a digital extension of traditional laboratory techniques—one that transforms static structures into dynamic biological insight

تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة باستخدام رأس المال المخاطر -دراسة حالة مؤسساتSofinance Finalep El Djazair Istithmar

تهدف هذه الدراسةإلى التعرف على التمويل برأس المال المخاطر والمؤسسات الناشئة مع إثبات مدى ملائمة نظام التمويل برأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المشاريع الإستثمارية في الجزائر باتباع منهج وصفي تحليلي و ذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة من ثلاث شركات جزائرية مختلفة ( sofinance, finlap , aldjazaia lilstitmar) حيث توصلت الدراسة إىل عدد من النتائج كان من أمهها توفير تمويل دون أن يتم إثقال الشركة بديون يجب تسديدها لاحقا في وقت محدد بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يساعد على استمرار عمل الشركة الصغيرة والناشئة و النهوض بأعمالها دون الخوف من التوقف بسبب نقص السيولة كما يشجع على استخدام التقنية و الإبتكار في المشروعات الحديثة و يحفز على خلق قيمة مضافة في الإقتصاد و يطور قدرات الشركات على المنافسة.
